Whenever you create a ticket or update a field in Freshservice, the data is synced to your Analytics reports at regular intervals. The sync usually completes in about 30 minutes but can occasionally take longer.

To verify the freshness of your data, check the "Data Updated" timestamp located within each report. This provides real-time visibility into exactly when the last sync was completed.
