Why does the option to view data in a tabular format not appear for my widget?

The tabular option for widgets is available based on the sign up date of your account. It isn't available for you:

  • If your account was signed up for Freshdesk after 21 September, 2020.
  • If your account was signed up for Freshservice after 1 June, 2021.
