When you log into any of your Freshworks accounts, a "session" is initiated on that device. If you access your account from multiple browsers or devices, each instance is considered an active session.
To manage these sessions:
- Navigate to the Neo Admin Center.
- From the left navigation bar, select "Security."
- Click "Session Management," where you will find the "Manage Active Session" option in the upper right corner.
4. To terminate active sessions, locate the desired user(s) in the list and click "Logout" next to their name.
