You can specify the number of concurrent/parallel sessions a user of my organization can have active from the Neo Admin Center.
Every time you log in to any of your Freshworks accounts on a device, a "session" is created. If you've logged into your account using different browsers or devices, each will be considered as an active session.
- Navigate to the Neo Admin Center.
- On the left navbar, click on Security.
- Click on Session Management, and you will be redirected to the page where you can set the limit.
Note: Admin can set a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 30. The user will be logged out of all the older sessions that exceed the configured parallel number of sessions count. For example, a user has 30 sessions. 25 sessions were created from 2019 to 2020, and 5 sessions were created in 2021. If the admin has set the value to 5, the 25 sessions will be logged out (as they are the older sessions), while the 5 sessions will remain logged in. - On saving, you can set when the changes have to be applied: immediately or the next time a user logs in.
