You can specify the number of concurrent/parallel sessions a user of my organization can have active from the Neo Admin Center.

 

Every time you log in to any of your Freshworks accounts on a device, a "session" is created. If you've logged into your account using different browsers or devices, each will be considered as an active session.

  1. Navigate to the Neo Admin Center.
  2. On the left navbar, click on Security.
  3. Click on Session Management, and you will be redirected to the page where you can set the limit.


    Note: 
    The admin can configure a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 parallel sessions. The user will be logged out of all the older sessions that exceed the configured parallel number of sessions count. For example, if the maximum configurable session is set as 3 by the admin, once the fourth session is opened, the oldest session will be logged out.

    Please note: For organisations created before June 10, 2025, the previous limit of 30 parallel sessions will be reset to a maximum of 3 to enhance your security and prevent unauthorized access to your Freshworks accounts. This activity is scheduled to begin on July 1, 2025, and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2025.


  4. On saving, you can set when the changes have to be applied: immediately or the next time a user logs in.
