You can specify the number of concurrent/parallel sessions a user of my organization can have active from the Neo Admin Center.

Every time you log in to any of your Freshworks accounts on a device, a "session" is created. If you've logged into your account using different browsers or devices, each will be considered as an active session.

  1. Navigate to the Neo Admin Center.
  2. On the left navbar, click on Security.
  3. Click on Session Management, and you will be redirected to the page where you can set the limit.

    Note:
Admin can set a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 30. The user will be logged out of all the older sessions that exceed the configured parallel number of sessions count.
For example, a user has 30 sessions. 25 sessions were created from 2019 to 2020, and 5 sessions were created in 2021. If the admin has set the value to 5, the 25 sessions will be logged out (as they are the older sessions), while the 5 sessions will remain logged in.
  4. On saving, you can set when the changes have to be applied: immediately or the next time a user logs in.
