If your organization implements IP whitelisting as a security measure for incoming authentication requests, it is essential to include our public NAT IP addresses in your allowlist. This step is crucial to ensure that Single Sign-On (SSO) login processes remain uninterrupted and function seamlessly.


Failure to add these IP addresses to your allowlist could result in SSO login failures, as the authentication requests originating from our service would be blocked. This is in case IP restriction/whitelisting is mandated by your Organization.
