You can change your password from within your Freshworks' account. Here's how!
- Log into your Freshworks account using your Org URL. In your Dashboard, you will see ‘Edit Profile’. Click on it.
- Under the ‘Security’ section, you can change your password. Type in your old password. Type in your new password and type it again to confirm it. Ensure your password adheres to the password policy.
- Click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom.
