Getting Started with the 'Organization'

Central to the Freshworks Platform is our concept of an Organization. It binds every account of a customer across the Freshworks portfolio together. The solution articles under this section will help you understand this concept better.

Moving an Account to Organization

If you find one or more of your accounts are not grouped as part of your Organization, you can always import these accounts. This way, you can centrally manage them. The articles in this section will provide you with answers to some questions you might have.
