The Organization enables centralized management over all your users and accounts. If someone thinks their accounts are incorrectly configured in different Organizations, they can request to have imported into their Organization. 

When someone requests that an account be transferred from your Organization to theirs, an approval request will be sent to you, the Org Admin. From your Org Dashboard, you can view all your requests — both sent by you and sent by others for your approval. 

To approve a request, click on the 'Approve' button next to the request. Confirm the approval in the confirmation pop-up. Once you do, soon the account will be moved from your Organization.
