The Organization enables centralized management over all your users and accounts. When you have all your accounts as part of an Organization, here are a few things you can do:
- As agents, you can use this to log in and view your profile, and your accounts.
- As an Organization Admin, you can configure a single authentication method for logging into all Freshworks accounts. You can enable Agent and Contact (your customers in Freshdesk) Single Sign-On functionality and simplify the login experience for your users.
- If you are the Organization Admin, you can view all the users in your Organization and get visibility of all the important activities through audit logs.
Therefore, if you find one or more of your accounts are not grouped as part of your Organization, we suggest you import these accounts.
