If you find one or more of your accounts are not grouped as part of your Organization, you can always import these accounts by entering the account domain URL on the 'Move existing accounts' section of the home page of your Org Dashboard. 

Note: You can also click on the 'Move existing account' link on your Freshworks Switcher pane. 

An approval request is sent to the Organization admin of the account you have requested to import. Once he/she approves this movement of account across the Organization, the account will be successfully moved to your Organization. If you want to cancel the request you have sent, just click on the 'Cancel' button next to your sent request.
