Freshworks provides Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR), also known as Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) documents for Freshdesk products to help you evaluate their accessibility against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA success criteria, applicable Section 508 and EN 301 549 requirements.
ACRs provide standardized information about a product's accessibility and can be used by customers, procurement teams, and compliance stakeholders during accessibility reviews and procurement evaluations.
