During the trial and after (while you are on the free plan), you can purchase the plan you require in a few easy steps.
Access Subscriptions from the switcher. You will be redirected to the My Subscription window.

If you have a single subscription, you will directly see the Subscription Summary. If you have more than one, you will have to choose the Subscription you wish to manage as shown below. You can choose Buy Plan here.
Select Buy Plan in the bottom of the screen.
You will be directed to the checkout page from where you can buy the plan you are currently trialing. If you want to buy a different plan, you can do that too.
Select the Change Plan from the check out page and choose a plat that better suits your requirements. 
Click Continue, when you have chosen the right plan. 
You will be redirected to add payment and shipping information. Once added, click Subscribe.
From here you will be redirected to your Bank’s page for 3D secure verification. Once done, you will receive a success message and your subscription will start immediately.
You will receive a success note on confirmation.
Note -
- Here on, you will be billed as per the frequency you have chosen through the saved credit card.
- If you want to opt for a different mode of payment, please write to billing@freshworks.com. Methods other than the saved credit card will be called ‘Offline modes’ and you will be supported to access it.
