Each bot in your Freddy Self-service account is made of multiple flows, and each flow can have multiple dialogs. These dialogs will flow in the particular order they are arranged in. Based on certain conditions, they will branch into other dialogs or flows. The sequential processing of dialogs within a flow can be broken using the conversation break option. 



  • To add a conversation break, click on the dot in between dialogs. This will expand into a (1) Insert conversation break button, which you can click to add a conversation break.

  • Once you've added a conversation break, you will be able to see the (2) Remove Break button, that you can use to remove the conversational break.
